摘要高能量密度材料的研究对于提高现代武器系统的性能具有不可代替的作用。氮杂环化合物是含能化合物里重要种类,早就引起了学者们的广泛关注,并在实际中得到了一定的应用。本文对实验室合成的三种单质炸药TKX-50、K-56、LZY-33的克级工艺做出了简单的介绍,并对其工艺安全性进简单的评价。27657
三种单质炸药TKX-50、K-56、LZY-33,实验室合成工艺相对比较成熟,但在工艺安全方面却有待仔细研究。这三种氮杂环炸药的合成过程各有特点,TKX-50合成过程无通常的硝化反应,K-56、LZY-33的合成,从基本有机原料出发,通过制备母体化合物和母体硝化两步反应,就可得到目标化合物,制备仅需两步合成反应。三种单质炸药在一定程度上均具有高能低感优势,但高能量的特性不得不让我们更多地关注其产品自身安全性和制备过程安全性。

Title The combining technology and safety analysis of Several single compound explosives
Abstract
The research on density material of high energy plays an indispensible role in improving the system of modern weapon.nitrogen heterocyclic is an important type of compound of energy, and it raises researchers’ wide attention early, and it is put into application to some degree.The paper gives a brief introduction on the gram-grade technology of three explosives of simple substance produced in the laboratory---TKX-50,K-56 and LZY-33, and gives a simple judgement on the safety of the technology.
For three explosives of simple substance, the combing technology of laboratory comparatively takes into shape, but it remains careful research on the safety of technology. The combing process of the three azacyclo-explosives have their own features. The combing process of TKX-50 has no usual nitration, and producing process requires only two steps, where the combing of k-56, lzy-33, based on basic organic material, easily get the target compound by two steps of producing index compound and maternal nitrification. The three explosives of simple substance have their advantages of high energy and low sensiblility. However, we have to pay more attention to the safety of the product and the producing process because of the characteristic of high energy.
