摘要为研究热气溶胶灭火剂在不同条件下的扩散规律,本文以氧化剂+可燃剂+粘合剂体系的热气溶胶灭火剂为试样为基础,通过控制灭火器的施放角度、喷口口径、燃烧速率等条件进行灭火剂施放实验,并且利用温度采集系统、烟气分析仪和摄像机研究了热气溶胶灭火剂施放的过程。结果表明:该类型热气溶胶灭火剂灭火介质在喷射的过程中首先沿着喷射方向扩散,并伴随较强的上升趋势,之后逐渐向四周扩散沉降。施放角度较小时烟气快速上升扩散距离较近。喷口口径较小时,气溶胶粒子扩散速度快,动量大,不易受气流干扰改变方向,具有最佳的灭火性能。氧化剂含量越大,灭火剂燃烧速率越快,扩散能力越强。有火源的条件下,火源产生的热气流对烟气向上的扩散有着明显的影响。28571

Title The study about the diffusion characteristics of aerosol fire extinguishing agent
Abstract
In order to study the diffusion law of the aerosol fire extinguishing agent, in this paper, the main formulation of the aerosol fire extinguishing agent is potassium nitrate,cyandiamide and phenolic.The experiment is conducted by controlling variable method. Controlling the fire extinguishers cast angle, nozzle diameter, burn rate and other conditions to do the experiment.We use the temperature acquisition system, flue gas analyzer and the camera to record the thermal aerosol fire extinguishing agent casting process. This thermal aerosol fire extinguishing agent has a strong upward trend in the injection process, and then gradually spread to the surrounding settlement. When casting angle is small, the smoke goes upward rapidly,and the distance of diffusion is small. When the nozzle diameter is small, aerosol has a high speed ,which is difficult to change direction by air turbulence.In this condition , the fire-fighting performance is best. The more oxidant the extinguishing agent contend,the faster the extinguishing agent burns,the stronger diffusion capacity is. Under the conditions with a fire source, the hot air produced by the fire have a significant impact on the diffusion of the aerosol.
