摘要:本设计对国内外合成氨CO变换工段设计的工艺文献进行了整理研究,可以发现,合成氨的主要工序有原料气的制备、净化、压缩、合成四大块。其中,原料气的净化是合成氨生产过程中非常总要的一个环节,气体的各项参数直接关系到了合成氨的转化率。而CO变换反应既是原料气的净化过程,又是原料气造气的继续。
因此本设计针对合成氨的CO变换工段,在查询文献资料,总结相关研究的基础上,通过物料、热量等详细计算,对CO变换工段进行了初步的工艺设计。本设计在简单分析了合成氨在我国国内的发展趋势后,全面地阐述了CO变换工段中具体的工艺流程。包括各反应器的物料、热量衡算;催化剂选择;设备选型;工艺流程图等。通过分析各部计算分,得出较为合理的工艺流程以及节能环保的操作方法。35822

Preliminary design process of one hundred and fifty thousand tons annual output of ammonia CO conversion section
Abstract: In this design at home and abroad for synthetic ammonia CO workshop design process has carried on the research, literature can be found that the main process of synthetic ammonia is a raw material gas preparation, purification, compression, synthesis of four block.The feed gas purification is the process of ammonia production of china-africa growing to a link, the direct relationship to the various parameters of the gas of synthetic ammonia conversion rate.The CO shift reaction is the feed gas purification process, and raw material gas gasification to continue.
Therefore, in this design in view of the synthetic ammonia CO workshop in query literature, on the basis of summarizing the related research, through detailed calculation for material, heat process of CO conversion section has carried on the preliminary design.This design on the simple analysis of the development trend of synthetic ammonia in our domestic, comprehensively expounds the CO conversion section in the specific process.Including the material, the heat balance of each reactor.Catalyst choice;Equipment selection;Process flow diagram, etc.Through analysis by calculating points, reasonable technological process and operation method of energy conservation and environmental protection.
