摘要本课题属于研究水射流的应用,主要研究利用含能材料燃烧提供的高压来推动射流发生装置中的液体形成高速射流的构件,即气液两相动能发生器。我们实验选用的点火药是黑火药,由电点火头来点燃黑火药继而引燃推进剂,使炸药在密闭环境中高速燃烧,产生高压气体,高压气体冲破过载膜片使膜片内的液体水从喷孔高速射出,形成高速射流。密闭燃烧室中间开有一个测定孔,连接一个压电传感器来测定压力随时间的变化曲线。本课题首先需设计出符合条件的射流装置-动能发生器,再研究该装置在液体形成高速射流过程中压力-时间变化关系,得到相应的曲线。最后利用摄像机得到装置射流的过程,得到射流的形状,并初步估算射流速度。并结合射流结束后实验装置内部的变化形状和过载膜片的破膜形状,分析药剂在该射流装置中大致的燃烧规律,最终设计出符合实验要求的气液两相动能发生器。10204

Title Experimental study on gas liquid two phase kinetic energy propulsor
Abstract
A research of the application of water jet is made in this paper.The main study subject of this task is to research the device what could make the water into high-speed jet by the energy released from the burning of the energetic materials that called gas-liquid two phase kinetic energy propulsor.The ignition composition we used in our experiment is black power which is ignited by the electric igniter,then the propellant is fired.The explosive burn in a closed environment with high velocity combustion,high-pressured air is produced in this program to be used to break through the diaphragm,then the water jet is spraied through the hole.There is a pressure tap in the middle of the closed combustor which is connected a piezoelectric pickup to survey the pressure-time curve.The first step is to design the kinetic energy propulsor;secondly we study the pressure-time curve got from the formation of high-speed water jet;thirdly,to record the jet process using a camera,get the jet shape and estimate the speed of the water jet.At last we analyse the combustion law of reagent in fluidic device by studying the shape change of experimental device internal and overloaded patch to perfect the gas- liquid two phase kinetic energy propulsor to meet the need of our experiment finally.
