摘要: 茶在中国的历史源远流长。最早发现茶的用途,饮茶、种茶,都是从中国开始。茶具有独特的药用和保健功能,并且不同品种不同产地的茶都具有其特殊的香和口感。本课题旨在研究茶叶提取物在烟草加料加香中的应用,对于给定的空白烟进行评析,再通过对茶叶提取物和其他香原料的嗅闻来熟悉其香气特征。根据单料烟的评吸结果,调配出加料香精和表香香精并将其应用到叶组配方中。经过多次评吸修改配方,使卷烟达到香气柔和丰满,无杂气,余舒适。最后,总结各类茶叶提取物在烟草加料加香中主要起到的作用。31041

Research on tea extracts in tobacco feeding and flavored
Abstract: The tea culture in China has a well-established and long standing history. It is also the first country to discover the plant, drink and its usages. Tea has unique medicinal and health protection, and different varieties of tea from different areas has its special flavor and taste. The thesis is mainly studied on tea extracts in tobacco feeding and flavoring application,do the experiment according to the given blank cigarette smoking as a result, then try to familiar with the aroma characteristics by sniffing tea extracts and incense raw materials. According to the results of smoking single, mix out several feed and flavors that can be applied to the leaf group formula. By smoking cigarettes and modify the formulas repeatedly, make the cigarettes aroma elegant and tasteful, rich without noise thorn, be comfortable aftertaste. In conclusion, summarize the mainly effects of tobacco flavors which have the tea extracts.
