稀土掺杂白光LED荧光粉发光性能的研究进展摘要:自1973年世界能源危机爆发以来,各国都意识到研制节能发光材料的重要紧急性。白光LED因其精巧的体积、使用寿命较长、环保无公害、耗电量小、抗震不易损坏等优点,被誉为人类第四代照明光源。而制备白光LED不可缺少的部分就是荧光材料,因此,荧光粉技术的进步对白光LED的发展有着不可或缺的作用。目前白光LED用荧光粉可分为两类:一种是用于蓝色LED芯片激发的发射黄光的掺杂稀土离子钇铝石榴石荧光粉,第二类是紫光或近紫外LED激发的三基色或多基色荧光粉。而在这些荧光粉中,稀土离子的作用很大,与相应的非稀土荧光材料相比,稀土荧光材料的发光效率及显色性能等都更有优势。32675
本论文以此为背景分别对荧光材料、白光LED进行了深层次的概述,对稀土发光材料的发光特性及应用进行了较为系统的概述,对国内外研究的新动态、新趋势进行了简要的介绍,并在此基础上对我国目前此产业的研究进展和应用进行了展望。

The Research Performance Progress of Rare-earth Doped White-light LED Phosphors
Abstract:Since 1973 the world energy crisis, countries are aware of the importance of developing energy-saving luminescent material urgent. White-light LED is well known as the fourth-generation lighting source because of the advantage with compact volume, long life, environmental protection, low power consumption, and anti-knock, etc. The phosphors is an indispensable part of the preparation for the white-light LED, therefore, phosphors technology is indispensable to the development of white-light LED. Currently the white-light LED phosphors can be pided into two categories: the one is for blue LED chips stimulate launch yellow yttrium aluminum garnet phosphors doped with rare earth ions, the second one is the purple light or near ultraviolet LED excitation tricolor or more colors phosphors. In these phosphors, the effect of rare earth ions is large; there should be more advantages with the luminous efficiency and color rendering properties compared with the corresponding non-rare-earth fluorescent materials.
Based on above background, this paper has carried on the deep overview on the fluorescent material and white-light LED, respectively. A systematic overview has been made on the luminescence characteristics and application of rare earth luminescent material, and a brief introduction on the new dynamic and trend in domestic and foreign research. Finally there is a discussion based on the current research progress and application of corresponding industry field in China.
