摘要:电氧化法是近年来发展起来的废水脱色处理方法,因其设备体积小、操作简便、易实现自动化等优点而在废水脱色处理中受到了广泛的关注。本实验采用自制钛基电极,分别探究不同废水初始浓度、电流密度、电解时间、板间距、废水初始pH、阴离子及加入量等因素对印染废水的脱色处理进行分析研究,优化了实验参数。34473
实验结果表明,使用二氧化锡钛基电极作为阳极,在电流1.0A,板间距10mm,电解时间60min,模拟废水中性红的初始浓度30mg/L,pH为5,加入0.075g/L NaCl的条件下,中性红在模拟废水中的去除率最高,可达到95%以上。
在优化条件下处理实际印染废水30 min,色度、COD、氨氮、总氮去除率分别为97.87%、73.94%、89.64%和81.19%。主要水质指标均达到«纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准»(GB4287-92)一级标准。

Study on decolorization of wastewater by Electro-oxidation method
Abstract:
Electro-oxidation method, as a technology to decolorize wastewater, has been developed in the recent years. It gains widespread attention for the traits such as small-size equipment, simple operation procedures and easy automation. This experiment uses self-made titanium-based electrode to explore the decolorization of dyeing wastewater with variables like wastewater initial concentration, current density, electrolysis time, plate spacing, wastewater initial pH, anion and its addition respectively, optimizing the experimental parameters.
The results show that using SnO2 titanium-based electrode as the anode, under the condition with 1.0A current, 10mm plate spacing, 60min electrolysis time, 30mg/L neutral red initial concentration and pH 5 wastewater added 0.075g/L NaCl, the decolorization rate of neutral red in simulated wastewater was the maximum, which can be at least 95%.
Under optimal conditions, in the 30min treatment of actual dye wastewater, the removal rates of color, COD, ammonia, total nitrogen were 97.87%, 73.94%, 89.64% and 81.19% respectively. Major water quality indicators reached the first-class standard of Discharge standards of water pollutants for dyeing and finishing of textile industry (GB4287-92).
