摘要:如今多孔阳极氧化铝薄膜由于是具有均匀而规则的纳米孔道阵列的材料而越来越多地被应用于研究开发,并应用于多种新型功能材料。多孔阳极氧化铝膜的制备是采用直流阳极氧化的方法,铝片通过预处理再在电解池中阳极氧化而制备的。阳极氧化铝薄膜其孔径小,孔密度高,能制备出高质量有序的一文纳米线阵列,而被人们用作合成纳米有序结构的模板。我们提出了一种氧化铝模板自还原制备金属镍粉的方法,我们将铝基氧化铝模板放入金属镍氯化物水溶液中,在氧化铝孔上部沉积了金属镍颗粒,超声后,粒径大小均匀的微米级金属颗粒从氧化铝模板上脱落,即可获得金属镍粉。在磁场作用下镍粉首尾相连,线状排列,表现了良好的组装性能。39454

Preparation of nickel powder and its assembling properties by alumina template
Abstract:Now the porous anodic alumina film has been more and more used in the research and development because it is the material having a uniform and regular nanohole array, and it applied to a variety of new functional materials. Porous anodic alumina membranes were prepared by DC anodic oxidation .The aluminum sheet has been preprocessed and then, it will been the and anodic aluminum oxide thin films in an electrolytic cell by anode oxidation with the small pore size, the high-density pore , which can prepare a high-quality and ordered nanowire array, that can be used for synthesis of ordered nano structure template. The method of anodic aluminum oxide template using electroless deposition can be deposited metal nickel . The experiment researched the process of the preparation of porous alumina film and using the porous alumina as a template to deposite the nickel on the nano hole .In this paper ,preparation of Janus metal particles on porous aluminum template via redox reaction , we report a basic and simple method for fabricating metal Ni particles by putting the AAO template with a backside aluminum sheet into aqueous solutions of metal chloride salts, based on redox reactions of two galvanic cells to form metal atoms and subsequent size uniformity metal particles growth on the pores of AAO template,and last Janus metals particles are collected by ultrasonic from the AAO template. SEM images of a single metal particle pattern, revealing that the metal particle one face is like hemisphere and the other face is like plane .moreover,Ni particles can be a linear structure in magnetic field.
