摘要:丙烯酸酯乳液属于热塑性树脂,成膜温度高、低温涂膜较脆且柔韧性差,常温自交联技术是改善丙烯酸酯乳液成膜性能研究的一大热点。水性聚氨酯具有柔韧性好、不燃、耐腐、耐候、良好的粘接性能等优点,但大多数水性聚氨酯涂膜耐水性、耐溶剂性等性能偏差,限制了其应用范围。本论文通过对水性含氟聚氨酯丙烯酸酯乳液的制备、表征和性能分析研究了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯所占比例和含氟量的大小对乳液的影响。研究表明,聚氨酯与丙烯酸比例为75:25时性能较好;含氟量为5%~15%时性能较好。6528

Preparation for Waterborne Fluorinated Polyurethane-Acrylate Emulsions
Abstract: Acrylic emulsion is thermoplastic resin, film-forming coating more crisp and high temperature, low temperature flexibility, and room temperature self-cross linking technology study on improving properties of acrylic emulsion film is one of the hot spots. Waterborne polyurethane with good flexibility, non-combustible, corrosion-resistant, weather resistant, good adhesion properties and so on, but most of the waterborne polyurethane coating water resistance, solvent resistance and other performance deviations, limits the scope of its application. The ratio of polyurethane and acrylic and the effects of fluorine content on emulsion were studied in the paper by the preparation, characterization and performance analysis of waterborne fluorinated polyurethane-acrylate emulsions. The research results showed that polyurethane and acrylic have better performance when compared to 75:25; when the fluorine content is 5% and 15%, the performance is better.
