摘要:本课题针对年产2.5万吨天然气氯化法合成甲烷氯化物的工艺设计进行一套符合实际工业生产要求的方案,为了使计算更为准确,我们先对甲烷氯化物的产品性质、用途,原料的性质进行了依据性的调查,在确定了生产的规模、生产条件后,我们调查了国内外的最先进的生产手段,最终确定了甲烷氯化法生产合成路线,方案如下:以天然气(甲烷)和氯气为原料生产甲烷氯化物,将工程布置为四个工段为:反应工段、吸收工段、中和干燥工段、精制工段。并且我们将对合成路线中的相关信息进行准确的核算,确保工程的完备,相关的内容包括了设备的物料衡算和热量衡算,生产的工艺流程,对设备的安排布置,最后使用用AUTOCAD绘制带控制点工艺流程图、车间设备布置图(主视图、俯视图)及主要设备设计图使整体工程符合科学性,同时提出了有关生产安全、人员安全、环境保护等一系列相关规定,做到经济利益最大化的同时保证符合生产标准。43668
