摘要:为了在碳钢表面获得具有高硬度、更高耐腐蚀性的Ni-B化学镀镀层,本课题设计了在化学镀镍硼镀液中添加稀土元素铈来研究化学镀镍硼镀层的结构和性能的影响,实验中采用电子扫描显微镜、能谱仪、电化学阻抗、显微硬度计分别对不同含铈量的镀层进行界面形貌、不同元素含量、硬度以及电化学阻抗等分析与检测。经研究分析得出:增加镀液中稀土Ce的含量,Ni-B合金镀层的硬度先大幅度升高,继续增加后有所下降,最后趋于平稳;在Ce=0.5g/L时镀层具有最大硬度为726.9HV。Ce的加入使镀层表面结构Ni-B更加的细小而致密,但超过0.5g/L时又会相对粗糙。随着镀液Ce的加入使得Ni-B化学镀合金镀层的抗腐蚀能力先上升后下降;当镀液中Ce=1.0g/L时镀层耐腐蚀能力最强。57463

The Effect of Ce on the carbon steel surface Ni-P electroless plating

Abstract: In order to obtain the surface of carbon steel having a high hardness, high corrosion resistance of chemical plating Ni-B coatings, the subject of design adding rare earth elements cerium boron electroless nickel plating solution of electroless nickel boron to study the structure and properties impact study, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, microhardness respectively different amounts of cerium-containing coating interfacial morphology, element content, hardness and electrochemical impedance analysis and performance testing. Study results: With the increase of Ce content in the bath, the first significant increase in the hardness after slightly declined, finally stabilized; coating hardness reaches a maximum when the Ce content of 0.5g / l; Ce the accession of the originally excessive state structure becomes amorphous structure, the coating surface of the Ni-B clusters of small and more compact. With the accession of the post-Ce plating Ni-B alloy coating to increase corrosion resistance decreased; when the Ce content of the coating 1.0g / l maximum corrosion resistance.
