摘要:1951年,“黄金叶”品牌卷烟开始投产,至今已有近六十年的发展历史。在上个世纪,“黄金叶”曾一度成为风云一时的全国名牌产品,畅销于全国多个省、市、自治区,不仅成为中国民族卷烟工业的代表性品牌,更成为了河南的一张经济名片。作为黄金叶品牌的核心价值,“经典醇香”定义了黄金叶的品牌价值和产品属性,表达了黄金叶香烟消费者对黄金叶品牌的品质信赖和价值归属感。为了对这一品牌的卷烟香气进行更深入的了解,本课题将对“黄金叶”品牌香烟中香精的进行初步分析,并对一些烟用香原料在加料香精中的应用进行实验。配制多个加料香基,研究香料在黄金叶品牌卷烟加料中的应用效果。并将以上选取符合要求的香料配制成表香香精进行整体实验,经过对香烟进行加香加料后,结合感官评价对香精进行综合评价。57636
