摘要:本次实验研究的方向是化学镀镍废液的处理,由于化学镀Ni-P合金废液中含有较多的镍金属元素,废液不进行回收处理会造成大量的镍资源浪费,并会污染环境。所以为了能够处理废液并达到回收化学镀镍废液中的镍金属的目的,本次实验通过分析将采用催化还原的方法来回收废液中的镍金属,并采用水合肼作为还原剂来进行催化试验,并研究该方法的最佳工艺参数,实验方法为调节溶液pH,加热到一定温度后,加入水合肼并在恒温条件下搅拌一定时间,反应结束后过滤得到的滤渣即为回收的镍产物。通过实验结果表明使用水合肼进行催化还原回收镍金属是可行的,而在水合肼添加量为5 mL/L,还原反应pH为7,还原反应温度为80 ℃,还原反应时间为1.5 h时,化学镀镍废液中镍金属的回收率达到最高,为96.86 %。61774

The Ni metal recycling from Electroless Ni-P Plating waste
Abstract: Direction of this experimental study is electroless Ni-P plating waste treatment, due to the electroless plating Ni-P alloy waste contains more nickel metal element, without ecycling will cause a lot of waste of resources of nickel, and pollute environment. So in order to be able to handle the waste and recycling nickel metal. This experiment using catalytic reduction method to recycle the waste of the nickel metal, and hydrazine hydrate as reducing agent after the catalytic test, and to determining the optimum experimental conditions, adjusting the solution to the pH, heated to a certain temperature, added hydrazine hydrate and stirred for a predetermined time at a constant temperature, after the reaction is recovered by filtration of the resulting residue Nickel product. The experimental results show that the use of hydrazine hydrate recovering nickel metal catalytic reduction is feasible, and the addition amount of hydrazine hydrate in 5 mL / L, pH to 7 the reaction, the reaction temperature is 80 ℃, level 1.5 h reaction time under the experimental conditions, electroless nickel plating waste liquid recovery of nickel metal reached 96.86%.
