摘要：由于我国已正式加入WTO，与世界经济的融合程度正在迅速提高，并面临新的市场开放的压力。因此，我们要进一步扩大对外开放，通过吸引外资来加速产业结构调整的步伐，努力构建与开放型经济体系运行相适应的产业结构，以此提高我国产业的国际竞争力。文章首先对外商直接投资与东道国产业结构调整的理论进行回顾，考察我国利用外商直接投资和产业结构现状;重点对外商直接投资与我国三次产业增加值的贡献进行实证分析基础上，考察外商直接投资与我国产业结构阶段性变化的联系，进而系统分析了外商直接投资促进我国产业结构调整的一般机理、具体作用途径;从而导出外商直接投资对我国产业结构调整的贡献与不足和我国引进外资的产业导向和相应对策。24278

Research on Foreign Direct Investment and China’s Structural Adjustment
Abstract: Since China has joined WTO, the degree of integration with the world economy is rapidly increasing, and facing the pressure from the open market. Therefore, we should further expand the opening to the outside world, by attracting foreign investment to accelerate the pace of industrial structure adjustment, and strive to build the industrial structure and the operation of the open economy system to adapt, to improve the international competitiveness of China's industries. Firstly, FDI and the adjustment of industrial structure theories, study foreign direct investment and industrial structure present situation and utilization in China; focus on foreign direct investment and China's three industrial added value and contribution of the basis of the empirical analysis, the foreign direct investment and industrial structure, phase change, then the system analysis of foreign direct investment to promote the general mechanism, the adjustment of industrial structure in China specific pathways; thus it is not difficult to export of foreign direct investment on the industrial structure adjustment of China's contribution and the insufficiency and the introduction of foreign investment in China's industry oriented and corresponding countermeasures.
