摘要：现代服务业作为当今社会的重要组成部分，虽然是刚刚起步的新兴产业，但是对其它产业的发展起到了有效的促进作用。而且现代服务业也带动了全国经济向前发展的步伐。河南省现代服务业在以较快的速度发展，已被河南省委作为21世纪中原崛起的重要战略，会着重发展现代服务业。河南省现代服务业对外开放水平逐渐提升，体制改革也在逐渐深入，新兴的旅游、文化产业发展迅猛，规模不断扩大，结构不断优化。然而，也仍然存在着许多影响现代服务业发展的因素：城镇居民收入水平偏低、市场化程度不高、行业结构不稳定、人才缺乏使得现代服务业发展增值现象不均衡。最后提出了推动河南省现代服务业发展的对策：提升城镇居民收入水平、提高市场化程度、优化现代服务业内部结构，加快传统行业改造、培养高技术高层次人才，构建现代服务业发展人才基础。36689
