贸易便利化对我国出口贸易影响实证分析

摘要：近年来，贸易便利化方面的问题受到了各界关注和重视。中国作为一个发展中国家，需要承担很多义务，但是必须要选择跟自己的国情相符的模式来发展贸易便利化，这样才能更大程度地减少贸易便利化即将带来的各种消极影响。本文首先从我国贸易便利化在货物流动领域、电子商务领域、标准化领域、商务人员流动领域等多方面分析我国贸易便利化的发展现状。然后通过搜集、整理数据分析贸易便利化对我国农产品出口贸易的影响，找出我国在贸易便利化中存在出多问题，如对贸易便利化的了解不足，距实现国际目标还有较大差距、贸易便利化领域缺乏高素质人才、技术水平较低等。最后，针对存在的问题提出我国的应对策略，具体可以通过加大对贸易便利化的相关知识的宣传程度，提高相关人员素质，提高技术水平等来提高我国的贸易便利化水平。 36690

The Empirical Analysis to The Impact of The Trade Facilitation on The Export Trade of China
Abstract: in recent years, trade is an increasing growth of the attentions of lots of international organizations and many economic entities to the trade facilitation. China as a developing country, although will bear some of the new obligation, but we should be more clear to see, both developed countries and developing countries, choose a suitable model for trade facilitation, the situation of own country can decrease as far as possible some possible negative impact. This article first from the trade facilitation and standardization in the field of goods flow field in our country, business personnel flow field, e-commerce aspects analyzes the development situation of trade facilitation. Then through trade facilitation impact on manufacturing products export trade of our country's empirical analysis to find out many problems in the trade facilitation in China, such as the lack of awareness of trade facilitation, is apart from the international goals and larger gap, trade facilitation areas lack of high-quality talent, technology level is low. Finally, in view of existing problems put forward the countermeasures of our country should make concrete by strengthening the research work in the field of trade facilitation, increase the intensity of training, to take an active part in multilateral and regional trade facilitation activities, increase publicity of trade facilitation measures to implement the trade facilitation a more positive impact on China's export trade.
