摘要：对外直接投资是一国投资者为取得国外企业经营管理上的有效控制权而输出资本，设备，技术和管理技能等无形资产的经济行为。十一届三中全会以后，我国实行改革开放的政策，国家开始允许部分企业进行对外直接投资。随着经济的发展以及经济体质改革的深化，国家高度重视对外直接投资的发展，提出“走出去”战略，进一步促进其发展，我国企业的出口形式已经逐步转变为以对外进行直接投资为主的形式。目前我国对外直接投资位居全球第三，发展中国家第一。对我国进行对外直接投资的企业来说，区位选择是其面临的第一个问题，因此对外直接投资区位选择的分析具有重要的意义。24427
本文在开始对我国对外直接投资的发展历程进行了回顾，把我国的对外直接投资分为四个阶段，讲述了我国对外直接投资出现、逐步发展壮大的过程，并且从洲际分布，对发达国家与发展中国家投资以及特点三个方面分别对我国对外直接投资的现状进行了研究。结合我国对外直接投资的现状，本文提出了我国对外直接投资存在洲际分布不均，政策导向不明确以及对发达国家投资较少等问题。之后，从主要影响因素（市场、地理、资源禀赋与制度）和其他影响因素（投资国的经济、东道国的技术等）对我国的对外直接投资进行分析。结合本论文之前的内容，得出结论，从政府和企业两个方面对我国对外直接投资区位选择提出相应的建议。

Investment Location Choice
Abstract： Foreign direct investment is a country’s investors to achieve effective management control power on the output of foreign enterprises and capital, equipment, technology economic behavior and management skills and other intangible assets. After the Third Plenary Session of China's reform and opening up policy, the state began to allow some enterprises to foreign direct investment. With the deepening of reform and development as well as the economic health of the economy, the state attaches great importance to the development of foreign direct investment, that "going out" strategy to further promote its development, in the form of export enterprises have gradually changed to Foreign direct investment mainly form. At present, China ranks third in the world's foreign direct investment in developing countries first. Foreign direct investment to China's enterprises, location selection is the first problem they face, so the analysis of foreign direct investment location choice has important significance.
In this paper, the development process of China's foreign direct investment began to conduct the review, the country's foreign direct investment is pided into four stages, described the emergence of China's foreign direct investment, and gradually grow in the process. And from intercontinental distribution, and the characteristics of the developed and developing countries invest three aspects of the current situation of China's foreign direct investment were studied. The status quo with China's foreign direct investment, the paper proposes the existence of China's foreign direct investment in Intercontinental unevenly distributed, policy-oriented and less developed countries is not clear investment and other issues. Then, from the main influencing factors (market, geography, resource endowments and institutional) and other factors (economy, the host country's technology investments, etc.) for analysis of China's foreign direct investment. In this paper, combined with previous content, draw conclusions, both from the government and enterprises make recommendations on foreign direct investment location choice.
