摘要本文旨在研究在上海自贸区的影响下江苏开放平台的建设模式和对策，在综合梳理了上海自贸区的相关研究之后，揭示了自贸区发展的现状，并从货物和金融两个层面分析了上海自贸区开放平台建立的优势和策略。本文在深入分析上海自贸区对江苏的影响的基础上，最后总结得出，开放平台的建设应着眼于江苏的实际具体情况，在利用好上海自贸区辐射效应的同时，采用与其错位发展的战略。与此同时，开放平台建设应以苏州为自贸区中心，开发整个沿江经济带，完善上海自贸区的配套设施，从而更好地指导江苏开放型经济的持久发展。 27613

Title     Research on the Construction of Open Platform of Jiangsu   Under the Background of Shanghai Free Zone                      
Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to study the open platform construction mode and countermeasures of Jiangsu under the influence of free trade zone in Shanghai. After comprehensively reading related research to the Shanghai free trade zone , this article reveals the present situation of development of free trade area, and analyze from the goods and financial aspect of the advantages and strategy of the construction of open platform of Shanghai free trade zone. Based on the thorough analysis to the influence to jiangsu, this article finally concluded that the construction of open platform should focus on the actual situation of jiangsu, make good use of the radiation effect of free trade area in Shanghai, and at the same time, adopt the strategy of dislocation development. Also, the construction of open platform should make suzhou the center of the free trade zone, develop the economic belt along the Yangtze river, improve the supporting facilities of the Shanghai free trade zone, to better guide the lasting development of the open economy in jiangsu.

1  引言
1.1 研究背景
我国的经济不断的飞速发展，已然超越日本成为第二大经济大国，而上海作为我国的发达的经济区域，更是具备了建立自贸区的条件，周边是经济同样发达并且制造业优势明显的江苏及浙江，但是现行的经济模式已无法制约经济的快速发展。李克强总理曾经说过，中国不能害怕开放，要一步步的前进，中国走到了这一步，就要选择一个新的开放试点，上海完全有条件、有基础实验这件事，要用开放促进改革。从数据上看（2013年的统计年鉴），在进出口商品境内目的地/货源地统计进出口贸易额，上海以4341亿美元的数字力压马来西亚，而马来西亚是2012年的世界18大出口国。19大进口国。这样的数据证明，上海有能力也有强大的经济，并且亟需创建自贸区来进一步促进经济的腾飞。相对于市场经济化，我国的金融市场甚至经济发展还并没有完全与世界经济接轨，政府管制太多以及保守模式并不是长久之计。因此推动建设自贸区，尤其是上海自贸区的试点，是我国适应经济全球化新格局的重大举措。 上海自贸区背景下江苏开放平台建设研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_22134.html
