后危机时代国际贸易融资变化趋势及因对策略

摘要:当前，随着国际贸易的发展，国际贸易融资对国际贸易的作用越来越大，成为促进或制约国际贸易发展的重要因素。但是一些问题也随之而来，特别自2008年下半年以来，受国际金融危机影响，外贸企业资金周转普遍困难，国际贸易融资因具有高流动性、强时效性以及风险相对低的特点，成为国家支持外贸稳定发展而力推的金融工具。在当前全国对外贸易企稳回升的良好态势下，进一步加大国际贸易融资的支持力度，将有效减少金融危机造成的负面影响，使对外贸易走上增长轨道。本文介绍了国际贸易融资方式和国际贸易融资的作用，分析了目前我国国际贸易融资现状，探讨了我国当前国际贸易融资中存在的问题，并分析了原因。在此基础上，有针对性的提出对策和措施，力求帮助我国外贸企业获得资金支持，推动我国国际融资和国际贸易的发展。29416

The trend of international trade finance and Its Countermeasures in the Post Crisis Era
Abstract: At present, with the international trade development, the proportion of international trade finance in international trade is growing, but some problems also attend. Especially since the second half of 2008, affected by the international financial crisis, foreign trade enterprises generally have difficult in founds. The international trade finance have own advantages, so it accepted support from the nation and became a stable instrument for country to develop trade. In the current, the national foreign trade rise steady which will further intensify support for international trade financing and reduce the negative impact of the financial crisis. This paper first introduces what is international trade finance? Overview of international trade finance, ways of financing and the role of international trade finance, and then analyzes the present situation of China's international trade finance. Next, illustrate current problems in the international trade finance, and analyze the reasons for international trade finance issues. And try to find some targeted policies and measures to promote the development of China's international trade financing ,help China's foreign trade enterprises to obtain financial support and achieve the purpose of Stabilizing foreign demand.
