摘要：国际产业转移是某些产业由某一国家或地区通过一定的方式转移至其他国家或地区的现象，其实质是产业在国家之间的转移。它是各国进行产业结构调整和对外开放的结果。随着科技的不断进步以及全球经济一体化的飞速发展，世界范围内业已出现了新一轮的产业转移，且已呈现出一些新的特征。当前，我国承接国际产业转移还存在着承接方式比较单一、承接质量不高、配套能力弱、产业结构同化现象严重的问题。作为当今世界上最大的发展中国家和最具活力的地区，我国已经成为承接国际产业转移的重要区域，迫切需要在立足国内现实的基础上尽快转换承接方式、增强自主创新能力、建造一流环境、优化产业布局，做到有选择地、合理地去承接国际产业转移。这对加快推进我国的产业结构调整和优化升级具有重要的意义。24844

To cope with the international industrial transfer strategy in our country
Abstract：International industrial transfer is certain industries by a country or region through certain way to transfer to other countries or regions phenomenon, its essence is the industry transfer between countries. It is a national industrial structure adjustment and the result of the opening to the outside world. Along with the advance of science and technology and the rapid development of global economic integration, the world has appeared a new round of industrial transfer, and presents some new characteristics. At present, our country to undertake international industrial transfer, there are way is unitary, undertake quality is not high, supporting ability weak, the industrial structure assimilation phenomenon is serious problem. As the biggest developing country in the world today and the most dynamic regions, our country has become the important area to undertake international industrial transfer, urgent need as soon as possible on the basis of the domestic reality transformation way, enhance independent innovation ability, build first-class environment, optimize the industrial layout, accomplish selectively, reasonable to undertake international industrial transfer. To accelerate the industrial structure adjustment and upgrading of our country has important significance.
