摘要 保险生态环境对保险行业的生存与发展具有重要意义。近年我国保险生态环境有不断优化的态势，但总体上还是不容乐观，而移动互联网为保险生态环境的改善带来新的生机。目前我国的保险生态环境如法律环境、信用环境、中介市场环境以及社会环境等都有不完善的地方，拥有巨大发展潜力的移动互联网有望改善我国的保险生态环境。随着移动互联网技术与保险的加速融合，移动互联网给保险生态环境的发展完善既带来机遇，也带来挑战。通过借鉴国外成功经验，我们可以得出基于移动互联网的保险生态环境改善策略，除了完善相关的法律法规、推进信用体系建设以及建立配套的监管体系，保险公司应注重围绕用户需求和用户体验，构建移动智能的保险生态系统，优化保险生态环境。10609

Abstract
Insurance environment is important for the survival and development of the insurance industry. In recent years, insurance situation of the ecological environment has been optimized, but overall was not optimistic, while mobile Internet bring new life to the improvement of the ecological environment of insurance. China's ecological environment as the legal environment of insurance, credit, intermediary market and social environment, and are not perfect places, has huge development potential of the mobile Internet is expected to improve the ecological environment of Chinese insurance. With the accelerating integration of mobile Internet technology and insurance, mobile Internet brings about opportunities for eco-environment development and improvement of insurance, it also brings challenges. Through successful foreign experiences, we can draw insurance ecological environment improvement strategy based on mobile Internet, in addition to perfect relevant laws and regulations, advance the credit system construction and the establishment of a complete set of the regulatory system, insurance companies should focus around users ' needs and user experience, building mobile ecosystem intelligent insurance, optimizing ecological environment of insurance.

一、引言
