摘 要：企业社会责任壁垒在经济全球化的发展中日益成为发达国家进行贸易保护的重要手段。通过研究我国对外贸易遭受企业社会责任壁垒的现状和原因，探讨了企业社会责任壁垒在短期内对我国出口订单减少、产业竞争力下降等方面的负面影响；但从长远来看，该壁垒的设置对推动我国产业结构升级和提高企业综合竞争力又有一定的促进作用。针对以上分析，从加强政府监管作用，推进企业社会责任认证等方面提出了应对企业社会责任壁垒的对策与建议。5461

Study on the Impact of Corporate Social Responsibility Barriers on China’s Foreign Trade
Abstract: In the development of economic globalization, the corporate social responsibility barriers have become important means of protection of the developed countries day after day. Through searching the present situation and the reasons of China's foreign trade from corporate social responsibility barriers, this paper discusses corporate social responsibility barriers on China's export orders in the short time, and the negative efforts of industrial competitiveness decline; but in the long run, the barriers have a positive effect on promoting China's industrial structure upgrading and enhancing the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprise. Based on the above analysis, from strengthening the government's supervision and promoting corporate social responsibility certification, countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to deal with the corporate social responsibility barriers.

企业社会责任壁垒对我国对外贸易的影响研究
前言
中国加入WTO以后，同各成员国之间的关税壁垒大大降低，对外贸易获得了极大的发展。企业作为社会的重要成员，在对外贸易推进过程中更是起着举足轻重的作用。在激烈的市场竞争和复杂多变的国际环境中，我国的对外贸易的发展出现了一些问题：过多依靠出口拉动经济增长、加工贸易占比过大、出口产品多为密集型产品、出口产品弱质性以及由于资本和技术缺乏，在初级阶段只能以高能耗、高污染、高人工的产品为主等。而企业社会责任壁垒影响的正是此类产品。本课题的研究对于我国企业将潜在的比较优势转化为国际市场的竞争优势，提升我国企业在对外贸易中的竞争力具有极其重要的意义。
