摘要：绿色壁垒是环境保护主义和贸易保护主义相结合产物，在全球贸易自由化进程中,"绿色壁垒"已成为现行贸易壁垒基本表现形式之一。实现环境与经贸的和谐发展，提高产品内在质量，特别是安全质量水平，具有非常重要的意义。我国应该正视问题，直面困难，大力提高环保意识，规范标准，积极认真发展外向型农业经济，努力缩小与发达国家的距离。在此同一阶段，加强与发达国家间的合作，减少摩擦，统一认识，为中国环境与外贸的协调发展开辟一条切实可行的道路。充分利用绿色壁垒来实现中国经济的可持续发展战略。通过对我国果蔬产品遭遇绿色壁垒的原因深度剖析，在分析绿色壁垒对我国果蔬出口贸易影响的基础上，得出相关对策与措施，从而有效地突破绿色壁垒，进一步扩大和发展我国的农产品出口。30011
