摘要：随着经济全球化的兴起与逐步发展，积极推进金融服务市场的开放成为了世界各国普遍达成的共识，因此关于金融服务贸易自由化对经济发展的效应问题受到越来越多的关注。聚焦于两者的关系问题，本文首先系统地回顾和梳理了国内外相关研究文献，其次对其作用机理进行了理论分析，然后在此基础上进行了实证研究，并将其分为三个部分：金融服务贸易自由化与经济增长的关系、其分别通过金融发展和金融效率与经济增长的关系。最后，对研究结论进行总结，并结合我国当前现状及存在的问题给出政策建议。30406

Dose Financial Services Trade Liberlization promote economic growth
Abstract：With the rise and development of economic globalization, actively promoting the liberalization of the financial services market has become a common consensus in the world. Therefore, more and more attention has been paid to the effect of the financial services trade liberalization on economic growth. Focusing on this, this paper systematically reviews the relevant research literature on the relationship at home and abroad firstly. Then, it analyzes the mechanism of it theoretically, and carries on the empirical research on the basis of this, including three parts: the relationship between financial services trade liberalization and economic growth, the relationship between the liberalization through financial development as well as financial efficiency and economic growth. Finally, the author draws the conclusion and gives some policy suggestions on the basis of the current situation and existing problems in China.

一、绪论
（一）研究背景及意义
随着经济全球化进程的不断加快，世界经济格局面临着巨大的变革与调整，各国纷纷把服务贸易作为其提升经济竞争力的重要途径，而作为一种高附加值的服务贸易，金融服务贸易也变得越来越重要。
以我国为例，自2001年12月11日入世以来，就迈入了金融市场的开放过渡期，而金融服务贸易的发展亦逐渐被提上日程。在五年过渡期即2006年底之后，我国按照入世承诺，正式开始《中华人民共和国外资银行管理条例》的实施，即“外资银行在中国国内完全享受国民待遇，取消外资银行在国内的服务对象限制、本外币业务限制、地域限制”。市场准入程度大大提高，并均已达到商业存在限制开放度的最高水平。正是在这种环境下，金融服务贸易自由化成为了必然的选择。 金融服务贸易自由化的经济增长效应分析:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_26085.html
