摘要：自由贸易区是在关境以外划出的，对进出口商品全部或大部分免征关税，并且允许港内或区内进行商品的自由储存、展览、加工和制造等业务活动，以促进地区经济和对外贸易的发展的一个区域。自1991我国开始拟定建立中国-东盟自贸区后，2013上海自由贸易区也开始挂牌开张。本课题的研究，主要针对上海自由贸易区对物流业发展的影响进行战略研究，分析自贸区影响物流业发展的主要因素以及上海自贸区对物流业造成影响的原因。在此基础上，总结上海自贸区在今后发展中应突破的限制和方法，以及在今后日趋激烈的国际市场中如何能占据一席之地。
该论文一共有五个章节，第一章为绪论，介绍研究背景与现状、研究目的与意义、文献综述与研究方法。主要是介绍了自1991年中国-东盟自贸区建立后，我国在世界贸易领域以及世界物流领域中的发展及贡献；第二章简单介绍了上海自贸区的发展概况，包括发展历程及在世界领域的发展现状；第三章主要对上海物流业的发展概况进行介绍，包括发展的历程与面临的挑战；第四章是本文的重点和关键，详细分析了上海自贸区对物流业发展的影响，从地理、经济、前景三个方面进行详细阐述。第五章主要总结了物流业的改革建议，从五个不同的角度对其改革提出有效、可持续的发展建议。32226

A RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF SHANGHAI FREE TRADE ZONE TO LOGISTICS INDUSTRY
Abstract: A free trade zone (FTZ) is a specific class of special economic zone. They are a geographic area where goods may be landed, handled, manufactured or reconfigured, and re-exported without the intervention of the customs authorities. After 1991, China began to establish China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, Shanghai Free Trade Zone also opened in 2013.The the main object of this article is to research the strategic that the influence of Shanghai Free Trade Zone for the development of logistics industry, and analyses the main factors and the development of Shanghai Free Trade Zone to the logistics industry. On this basis, summarized the limitations and methods which Shanghai FTA should break through the future development in the international market, as well as how to be in contention for a place in the fiercer and fiercer international market.
This article pides into five chapter, the first chapter is introduction, mainly introduce the research background, current situation, research objectives, literature review and research methods. Since 1991, China began to establish China-ASEAN Free Trade Area, the development and contribution of our country in the field of World Trade and world in logistics field. The second chapter mainly analysis the general situation of development of Shanghai Free Trade Zone, including the development history and current situations. The third chapter mainly analysis the general situation of development of Shanghai logistics industry, including the development history and current situations. The fourth chapter is body chapter, from the three aspects, geography, economy, prospects to detail analysis the influence of Shanghai free trade zone for the development of logistics industry. The fifth chapter summarizes the logistics reform proposals, put forward the  effective, sustainable development proposal from five different aspects.
