摘要本文在回顾已有研究成果的基础上，对我国货币政策运行概况做了简单说明。采用定性与定量分析相结合的方法，对货币供应量作为货币政策中介目标的可测性、可控性和相关性进行研究分析。在可测性方面，货币供应量虽然在统计口径上存在缺陷但可测性仍较好；可控性方面，基础货币投放被动、货币乘数不稳定和货币流速度持续下降导致货币供应量可控性有所减弱；相关性方面，通过平稳性检验、协整检验、格兰杰检验、脉冲效应以及方差分解对1996年至2014年季度数据进行实证研究，结果表明货币供应量与最终目标之间相关性较好。总体来看，货币供应量作为我国货币政策中介目标目前仍行之有效。32297

Title A Research on Effectiveness of Money Policy as the intermediate target
Abstract
Based on the review of existing research results, this paper explains the general situation of monetary policy operation in China briefly.The testability, controllability and correlation of monetary policy have been studied and analyzed by combining qualitative and quantitative analysis at the same time. while money supply has some defect in statistics caliber, it is still good enough .Passive release of monetary base,unstable money multiplier and the declining velocity of money result in the decrease of controllability . And the paper make an empirical research with the quarterly data from 1996 to 2014,by using the unit root test, co-integration test, Granger causality test, pulse effects and variance decomposition. The results show that the money supply connects closely with the final goal . Overall, the monetary supply as the intermediary target of monetary policy is still effective now.
