上海进出口物流的现状及发展趋势对策分析

摘要：自入世以来，上海物流市场正逐步成为全球市场的一部分，并经历着全球市场的潮流，虽然物流行业仍被公认为朝阳行业，拥有广阔的发展空间。但是我们必须清醒地看到：无论是客户方面、竞争对手方面，还是从有关法律法规方面都已经发生巨大的变化。对此，本文目的为了指出货运代理企业不能墨守成规，持操旧业，只做纯粹代理人的单一业务，而应该认清变化的形势，调整经营模式，力求适应市场的需求，满足不同客户的要求，在传统货运代理业务的基础上，扩充业务范围，创新发展模式，提高服务能力与服务质量，创造条件尽最大可能向客户提供增值服务以及其它更多更好更具有竞争优势的服务，以求得自身的生存、发展和在新的市场条件下取胜。34160

The current situation of the development trend and analysis of countermeasures of Shanghai import and export logistics
Abstract: After China’s accession to the WTO, Shanghai logistics market is gradually becoming a part of the global market, and has a trend of the global market. Although the logistics industry is recognized as a sunrise industry, has a broad space for development, but we must be soberly aware that: whether customers, competitors, or from the relevant laws and regulations have been changed greatly. In this regard, the purpose of this paper to point out not in freight forwarding enterprises, to return to prostitution, only a single pure agent business, we should recognize the change situation, adjust the business model, and strive to meet the needs of the market, to meet the different requirements of customers, based on the traditional freight forwarding business, expand the scope of business, innovation and development model to improve service capacity and service quality, and create the conditions as much as possible, to provide customers with value-added services and other more better and more competitive services, in order to achieve their own survival, development and success in the new market conditions.
