摘要：作为我国国民经济非常重要的组成部分的民营经济，它对于优化社会的资源配置，促进经济的发展有积极的推进作用，也提供了很多就业的机会为稳定社会以及社会的发展做出了很大的贡献但是民营企业的目前所处的金融环境是不容乐观的，尤其是民营企业的融资问题成为制约民营企业发展的严重问题。所以，本文就我国民营企业的金融环境分析在第一部分论述了论文研究的背景以及目的和意义，在第二部分详细分析了目前民营企业的现状以及原因，在第三部分针对我国民营企业所处的金融环境的成因提出了改善窝沟民营企业金融环的合理可行的建议措施。这对于改善我国民营企业融资的金融环境有很积极的实践意义，也有利于我国的民营经济实体的快速发展，并进一步的推动我国经济的大发展。34589

Abstract:As a very important part of the national economy, private economy for optimizing the allocation of resources of the society, promote the development of economy has a positive role in promoting, also provides a lot of employment opportunities for social stability and social development has made a great contribution but private enterprise at present financial environment is not optimistic, especially private enterprises financing problems become a serious problem restricting the development of private enterprises.So, in this paper, the analysis of the financial environment of private enterprises in the first part discusses the thesis research background and purpose and significance, in the second part analyzes in detail the present situation of private enterprises and the reasons, in the third part of the private enterprises in China the cause of the financial environment is put forward to improve litter of ditch private enterprise financial ring measures feasible suggestion.For improving our country private enterprise financing financial environment has a positive practical significance, but also to the rapid development of China's private economic entity, and further promote China's economic development.

一、绪论
（一）论文研究的背景
我国自从改革开放之后，我国的国民经济取得了举世瞩目的发展，经济总量已经位居世界第二位，我国人民的收入也大大的改善了，生活的水平也有很大的提升。取得的这些成就得益于我国企业的飞速发展尤其是作为我国国民经济非常重要的组成部分的民营经济即我国的民营企业。民营企业的规模以及发展速度之快令人折服，现在我国的民营企业在2014年已经上市的公司就达800多家，除此之外，全国的民营经济企业据不完全统计就高达1000多万家，为社会提供将近7450万人的就业岗位。而且在近年国家在深化经济体制的改革以及上海自贸区的设立，为注册企业，鼓励全民的创业提供了良好机遇，这也将推动民营企业的大繁荣大发展但是我国民营企业所处的整体的金融环境还有很多亟待解决的问题，尤其是民营企业发展所必须要面临的企业融资的难题，主要的原因就是我国民企业例如体制不健全等还有就是我国的商业银行它们的金融改革的速度不能满足我国民营企业飞速发展的速度，还有就是银行的有关的信用体制建设不完善，还有就是国家相关的政策支持力度不到位，所以我国民营企业所处的金融环境将不利于其稳定的健康发展。这就是本文研究的主要的背景。 中国民营企业的金融环境分析:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_32130.html
