摘要：一个国家经济的发展决定了该国家的国际地位，而在当今开放经济的世界中，国际经济活动发挥着重要的作用。国际直接投资（IND）又称外商直接投资（FDI），作为国际经济活动中国际资本的流动方式，随着经济全球化和区域一体化的不断发展，引进和吸收FDI逐渐成为一国发展其经济的重要手段。江苏省是中国经济发展具有标志性的省份，所以江苏省经济的增长不仅对自身，更是对我国经济增长作出了重大的贡献。因此，本文运用以实证分析为主，理论分析为辅的方法进行研究，理论分析主要是对国际直接投资理论和经济增长理论的分析。实证分析主要从FDI影响江苏省经济增长方面入手，对FDI对江苏省GDP、出口贸易、固定资产投资、工业经济四个方面的影响进行研究，运用计量经济学的方法进行模型构建与检验，得出FDI与经济增长间的关系，为江苏省利用FDI发展经济提出了四点建议：提升利用外资质量和有效率、优化外商投资产业结构、创新利用外资方式、推动外资管理体制创新。34857

International Direct Investment and Economic Growth - An Empirical Analysis of Jiangsu Province
Abstract:The economic development of a national determines the international status of the country. And in today's open world of economy, international economic activity plays an important role. International Direct Investment (IND), also known as Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), as the flow pattern of international economic activities of international capital, it’s introduction and absorption is becoming an important tool for a country to develop its economy as long as the continuous development of economic globalization and regional integration. Jiangsu province is iconic in China's economic development, so the economic growth in Jiangsu Province's is not only for themselves, but also for China's economic growth. Therefore, this text adapts the methods of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, theoretical analysis includes analysis of international direct investment theory and economic growth theory. Empirical Analysis of FDI mainly from the impacts of economic growth in Jiangsu Province,including four aspects: GDP, exports, fixed asset investment, industrial economy. Using econometric methods of model building and testing, to know the relationship between FDI and economic growth, so as to put forward a four-point proposal for the economic growth of Jiangsu Province: to enhance the quality and efficient use of foreign investment, optimize the industrial structure of foreign investment, innovation and use of foreign capital, foreign investment management system to promote innovation.
