小微企业融资问题研究

摘要：作为我国国民经济的重要组成部分，小微企业在我国的经济社会发展中扮演者着不可替代的角色，对于经济发展的贡献作用重大。据相关统计数据显示，在我国有90%以上的中小企业属于小微企业，而且发展速度很快，然而自2011年以来，全国范围内诸多地区小微企业出现债务危机，企业资金链断裂，经营困难甚至被迫倒闭的现象，在此经济背景下，小微企业的融资问题亟待解决。36048
为了更好的扶持小微企业健康发展，国家出台一系列针对性的政策和方针，在一定程度上使小微企业的融资环境有所改善，但融资难依然是制约小微企业发展的关键因素，因而对小微企业的融资困境进行研究并针对目前的状况提出相应的对策具有十分重要的现实意义。
本文在参考国内外研究的基础上，结合本国的国情，分析我国小微企业融资困境的现状及其成因，从政府、企业和金融机构三方面分别提出相应的策略建议，为小微企业的健康发展提供参考。

Research on Financing Problems of Small-Micro Enterprises
Abstract: Small micro enterprise plays an important role in our domestic economy and social development, whose contribution is very significant in modern times. Relevant statistics has revealed that above 90% of small micro enterprise in our country belongs to the SMEs, which develop faster than expected since 2011. However, then a nationwide debt crisis starts to spread through across the country. For instance, the fund chain of small micro enterprise breaks, and some micro enterprises collapse because of some operating difficulties. In this context, financing problem of small micro enterprises is urgent to be solved.
    To maintain the sustainable development of small micro enterprises, the government introduced a series of policies and guidelines. As a result, to some extent, it makes the condition of financing small micro enterprise a little better, but it is still far from enough. At the moment, financing difficulties is still the critical factor that restricts the development of small micro enterprise. Therefore, the study of researching the financing problem of small micro enterprise is meaningful, which would help improve present situation. In addition, this study would also provide an effective method to analyze the crux of this financing problem.
    This paper analyzes the present situation and causes of China's small micro enterprise financing difficulties after taking the reference of domestic and foreign research, which also takes the current national situation into consideration. At last, this paper provides the guidance to maintain the sustainable development from the perspective of government, enterprises and financial institutions.
