摘要：近十多年间，服务贸易在世界范围内掀起一阵发展浪潮，由此推动了服务贸易在中国—东盟自贸区内飞快的发展。目前，自贸区内各成员国之间在服务贸易合作方面进展顺利，成绩突出。但是因为东盟国家自身的发展状况不同，所以服务行业的发展层次也不尽相同。从总体来看，中国—东盟自贸区的服务贸易存在着立法不完善、国际竞争力不强、合作不充分等问题，所以，针对于存在的这些问题，提出了完善自贸区争端解决机制、提高国家竞争力以及加强双方之间的合作的对策。我们应该在充分了解中国和东盟国家之间的贸易发展部门的基础上,再分阶段、分领域的开展服务贸易的发展。37579

The research on Problems and Countermeasures of Chinese-ASEAN Free Trade Zone Service Trade Development
Abstract: Nearly 10 years, trade in services in the world set off a wave of development, thus promoting the service trade in China - ASEAN free trade area quickly. At present, among the member states in FTA, the smooth progress of cooperation in trade in services, outstanding performance. But because the development of the ASEAN countries themselves are different, so the development level of service industry are not the same. From an overall point of view, the service trade of China - ASEAN free trade area exists imperfect legislation, the international competitiveness is not strong, cooperation is not full, so according to these problems proposed countermeasures to improve FTA dispute settlement mechanism, improve the competitiveness of our country and strengthen cooperation between the two sides. We should be in the full understanding between China and the ASEAN countries of trade development department and pided into stages, field of the development of service trade development.
