摘要 近年来，随着进出口贸易的持续增加，我国外贸企业出口业务中的运输风险也在不断增加，这不仅给企业利益带来损失，而且风险系数也随着时间的推移逐渐增大，对我国进出口贸易和外贸企业的持续发展产生了一定影响。因此，出口业务中的运输风险问题越来越成为外贸企业关心的话题。为了确保我国出口货物安全，我国外贸企业应从海洋运输、航空运输、铁路运输、多式联运等多种运输方式入手，加强风险的防范，采取相应的措施以降低货物的风险。本文就我国外贸企业在出口业务中经常遭遇的几类运输风险进行分析，并针对各种运输方式提出相应的防范对策。19001

Abstract In recent years, with the continuous increase of foreign trade, the export transportation risk of foreign trade enterprise in our country is also increasing. This not only causes the damage to the interests of foreign trade enterprises, but also brought serious influence to the sustainable development of foreign trade enterprises with the risk coefficient increase. As a result, the transport risk problem of the export business is become the foreign trade enterprises' concerned topic more and more. To ensure the safety of the export goods in our country, foreign trade enterprise of our country should strengthen the security risk prevention and adopt the corresponding measures to reduce the risk of loss of goods by marine transport, air transport, rail transport, multimodal transport and such as a variety of modes of transportation ways. In this paper, the transport risk classification of our country's foreign trade enterprises encountered in the export business is analyzed, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.

1 引言
本文之所以将我国出口风险的防控作为研究对象，主要是基于以下背景：经济全球化；出口贸易的持续增长；外贸企业出口业务中的运输风险不断增加。
1.1 经济全球化对国际贸易的影响
经济全球化又叫世界经济一体化，它是指商品、技术、信息、服务、资本、人员等生产要素跨越国家和地区的流动，换言之就是世界经济日益成为紧密联系的一个整体。经济全球化是当今世界经济的主要特征之一，也是全球经济发展的重要趋势。上世纪末到如今，经济全球化已取得了飞速发展，国际贸易的进程也在全球经济一体化的大环境下明显加快。各个国家都融入世界多边贸易体系的框架之中，贸易数量和总额持续增长。我国作为科技水平偏低且经济基础较弱的发展中国家，经济全球化为我国对外贸易和国民经济的发展带来了无限的机遇与挑战。 中国出口运输风险的防控研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_40201.html
