当今国际竞争日益频繁，进一步增强综合国力，进一步扩大对外直接投资已成为中国经济的必然选择。欧盟是中国的第一大贸易伙伴，中国的的第四大境外直接投资目的地，但中国对欧盟直接投资金额仅略超过全国境外直接投资总额的3%，尚有很大增长潜力。欧元区主权债务危机的爆发成为人们的关注点，使国际政策经济格局发生巨大变化，欧洲的问题对中国经济的影响不能忽视。在这样的背景下，对中国而言，显然是一个机遇和风险并存的时刻，如何化危为机， 危中择机，扩大对欧盟投资提供了新的视野和机遇 。本论文以欧债主权债务危机为背景，运用西方经济学模型进行分析，通过收集，整理和分析前人对中国和欧盟的贸易关系和直接投资资料见解，看法等，研究中国对欧盟投资发展所存在的问题，提出解决对策。6620

Title: Study on China’s Investment in EU under the Background of the European Sovereignty Debt Crisis
[Abstract] With the increasing international competition，it is an inevitable choice for Chinese economy to expand foreign direct investment and to further enhance the comprehensive national strength. The EU is China's largest trading partner，China 's fourth major foreign direct investment destination，but of the EU China direct investment amount only slightly more than 3% of the total amount of the foreign direct investment，there is great potential for growth.The eurozone sovereign debt crisis has become people's attention，make the international economic structure produces tremendous change，and the problems of European influence on China's economy can not be ignored. In this context，for China，is clearly an opportunity and risk coexist moment，how to turn a crisis into an opportunity in the crisis，timing，enlargement of the EU investment offers new perspectives and opportunities. In this paper，the European debt sovereign debt crisis，apply western economics model to carry on the analysis，through the collection，collation and analysis of researches on China and the EU trade relations and direct investment data views，opinions，research of the EU China investment development exists the question，proposed the solution countermeasure.
