Shanghai free trade zone is the most prominent economic innovation of our country construction, through the channels can be with the world financial market, and guide the advance of the industry of our country, and offshore finance is the area is very the attention of a financial project, equating the domestic trade to cross-border trade, this paper introduces the related definition of offshore financial, the successful experience of offshore financial business in Japan for reference, through the analysis of the Japanese way, the problems in this field as a revelation for the development of Shanghai.
