摘要：跨太平洋伙伴关系协定（TPP）被认为是至今为止在亚太地区甚至全世界范围内自由度最高，范围最广泛的多边自由贸易协定。中国尚未加入该协议。TPP是美国重返亚洲的战略平台，制衡中国经济的武器，这将对中国的经济、政治等各方面产生一定的影响。建立TPP后增加的贸易转移效应，导致中国出口总额大幅下降，严重影响了国内经济的产业转型。绝大多数小规模的生产加工企业，技术水平低，在中低端的国际加工贸易产业，并且有相当一部分属于低水平的劳动力密集型产品。这些企业依附于国外需求，当外部环境发生变化时，中国加工贸易显得很脆弱。所以本文选择从加工贸易的角度探讨TPP所带来的影响。加工贸易改革势在必行，中国的经济改革往往是由于外部冲击导致内部倒逼改革，这是一个攀升加工贸易价值链并保持核心竞争力的改革契机。这篇文章是基于新贸易理论和现代经济学，来探讨我国加工贸易竞争力逐渐下降的困境以及通过政策改革、升级产业结构等发展对策。43679

The Impact of TPP on China's Processing Trade
Abstract: Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement is considered to be so far in the Asia-Pacific region and worldwide, the highest degree of freedom, the contents of the most widely used and multilateral free trade agreements.
