摘要世界各国将能源安全问题置于国家安全和发展战略的重要地位。近年来，随着能源价格的跌宕起伏，能源安全已引起了各国的高度重视，且随着经济全球化的深入发展，能源行业也出现了一系列问题。尽管中国在能源方面已有较大的进步，但仍面临着能源供需矛盾大、能源储运体系不完善、新能源发展落后等挑战。我们必须从国家发展和安全的战略高度，对内强化节能环保，加快建设能源战略储备体系，大力发展新能源与可再生能源，对外积极开展能源外交，加强国际合作。本文立足于经济全球化背景下的全球能源发展态势，结合中国能源安全现状及面临的挑战，通过分析以及借鉴美国的国家能源安全战略，提出适合中国的能源安全战略对策。45259

Abstract
Energy security issues are placed in an important position in the world of national security and development strategy. In recent years, along with a variety of changes in energy prices, energy security has become the focus of national attention, and with the in-depth development of economic globalization, the energy sector, there have been a series of problems. Although China has been great progress in the energy sector, it faces big energy supply and demand, imperfect energy storage system, lagging energy development. We have from the national development and security strategic level, strengthening internal energy saving and environmental protection, accelerate the construction of energy strategic reserve system, the development of new energy and renewable energy, and actively carry out foreign energy diplomacy, to strengthen international cooperation. This thesis is based on the context of economic globalization, the development of the global energy situation, combined with the status quo of China's energy security and the challenges encountered by analyzing and drawing US national energy security strategy, energy security strategy proposed countermeasures for China.
