摘要海外投资一般被看成只有大公司才能做出来的企业发展策略，但对于中国来说，中小企业占了企业总数的很大比例，所以说研究中小企业的海外投资具有很大的意义。
我国中小企业从1978年开始，得到了快速发展，在中国市场经济环境中，中小企业已成为整个经济上行的重要力量，在中小企业在国内市场不断壮大的同时，它们把目光投向了国际市场中，纷纷走出国门，大大促进了中国的对外贸易，中小企业海外发展已然成为整个经济的增长要点。但是中小企业在对外投资方面还存在着很多问题，只有将这些问题解决，中小企业在海外才会得到更好的发展。文章重点分析我国中小企业海外投资的现行状况以及出现的问题，从而提出中小企业在海外投资中应采取的应对办法。45974
