摘要粮食是人类生存最基本的物质需求，随着我国人口逐年增加,对粮食的需求也日益增多。但随着我国城镇化进程加快，越来越多的耕地被占用，可利用耕地面积越来越少，最终导致我国粮食产量下降，使我国面临着严峻的粮食形势。因此，本文立足于我国粮食进口的角度，阐述了我国当前粮食进口的贸易背景，系统分析了我国粮食进口贸易的现状以及出现的一系列问题。在总结前人研究的基础上，选取相关的变量利用逐步回归法分析我国粮食进口的影响因素，结果表明，我国粮食进口总量受到国际粮价、人均粮食产量和汇率的影响，其中国际粮价的影响最为显著。最后，根据实证分析的结论，为政府部门提出了相关政策建议，从而确保我国粮食供求平衡，保障国内粮食安全。46470

ABSTRACT Food is the most basic human survival requirement, along with our country population increases year by year, the increase of demand for food. But with China's urbanization process accelerated, a growing number of cultivated land occupied, less arable land available in China, eventually led to the decrease of the grain production in our country, makes our country faces the severe situation of grain. Therefore, based on the viewpoint of food imports in our country, the system analyzes the background of the current food import trade, expounds the status quo of China's grain imports and a series of problems. On the basis of summarizing the predecessors' research, choose the appropriate variables using the method of step wise regression analysis the influence factors of grain imports in China, the results show that China's grain imports by the international food prices, per capita output of grain and the influence of the exchange rate, including the influence of international food prices the most significant. Finally, aiming at the conclusion of the empirical analysis, put forward some policy Suggestions for the government, thus ensuring China's grain supply and demand balance, to ensure food security in China.

第一章 引言
粮食是人类赖以生存的物质基础。我国人口众多，且农民在总人口中所占的比重仍然较大，因此，我国的粮食安全问题与其他国家相比，形势更为严峻[1]。由于我国人口基数大，人口增长较快，对粮食的消耗也与日俱增，目前，我国对粮食的消费量占全球的20%左右，是全球粮食交易总量的3倍，由此可见，市场上粮食价格的细微波动都会对我国的经济发展产生巨大的影响。这一现象也引起了党中央国务院的重视，党的十八大以来，党中央始终把粮食安全作为治国理政的头等大事，并提出了众多新时期国家粮食安全的新战略，如“饭碗论”、“底线论”、“红线论”等等，走出了一条中国特色的粮食安全道路，为我国经济的持续发展奠定了物质基础[2,3]。 中国粮食进口影响因素分析:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_48180.html
