摘要本文以我国1987-2014年的数据为样本，探讨外商直接投资与职工劳动报酬之间的关联。在文章开始，第一章节主要赘述了国内外其他前辈对FDI对于职工劳动报酬影响的一些研究成果，第二章节主要阐释了FDI在我国各地区、各行业的引入现状，以及我国职工平均劳动报酬的现状。在本文第三章节进行实证分析，首先做出了外商直接投资与职工劳动报酬的模型设定，运用Eviews软件对时间序列数据进行回归分析。研究的成果说明，FDI与职工劳动报酬确实存在线性相关联系，FDI对我国职工劳动报酬存在一些正面影响。在文末提出了一些具体建议，如协调外商直接投资的区域政策，提高教育水平，鼓励内资企业向外资企业学习先进的生产技术及管理理念，坚持改革开放。46471

ABSTRACT
Based on the data of 1987-2014 in China, this paper discusses the relationship between FDI and the labor remuneration of employees.At the beginning of the article，The first chapter mainly describes the domestic and foreign research results of the FDI and the labor remuneration of workers，The second chapter mainly explains the introduction of FDI in various regions of our country, and the current situation of the average labor remuneration of the employees in our country.An empirical analysis is made in the third chapter of this paper.Firstly, the theoretical model of the intrinsic relationship between FDI and the labor remuneration of employees is set up.The regression analysis of time series data was carried out by using Eviews software.The results of the study indicate that there is a linear relationship between FDI and the labor remuneration of employees.FDI has some positive effects on the labor remuneration of employees in our country.Some specific suggestions are put forward at the end of the paper.Such as coordinating the regional policy of foreign direct investment, raising the level of education, encourage domestic enterprises to learn advanced production technology and management philosophy, adhere to the reform and opening up.

第一章 绪论
1.1研究背景及研究意义
自从20世纪70年代末我国实行改革开放政策以来，中国接收的外国直接投资（Foreign Direct Investment，下文简称FDI）范畴就不停地在扩大。FDI，也被称为国际直接投资（International Direct Investment），是一国的投资者（自然人或法人）跨国境投入资本或其他生产要素，以获取或控制相应的企业经营管理权为核心，以获得利润或稀缺生产要素为目的的投资活动。
按照中国人民共和国商务部的统计数据，2015年1-12月，全国共设立外商投资企业26575家，同比增加11.8%；实际使用的外资金额同比增加6.4%。仅在12月当月，全国设立的外商投资企业就达到了2927家[1]。2003年，流入我国的FDI初次逾越了美国，代替美国成为了全球年度FDI流入最多的国家。由此可见，FDI已经大量涌入我国，外商投资也已成为了我国国民经济的重要组成成分。 FDI对劳动报酬的影响研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_48181.html
