摘要本文充分根据河南省省情的基础上利用河南省1985-2014年的一系列数据，探讨外商直接投资与城乡收入差距之间的关系。并加入一些其他因素如教育程度、城镇化率等进行辅助研究，然后设定这几组数据之间的理论模型，模型设定后对数据进行描述性统计分析，再运用ADF单位根检验确定是否为时间序列数据，最后，回归分析这些数据。得出结论，两者存正相关的关系，但在末端却呈现缩小的趋势。这可能是河南省在改革开放进程中根据本省特点引导更多外资流向第一和第三产业，也可能是河南省教育水平不断提高以及城镇化率迅速上升引起的，从而改善城乡收入差距不平等的现状。46472

ABSTRACT Fully in this paper according to the situation in henan province on the basis of using a series of data from 1985 to 2014 in henan province, and explore the relationship between FDI and urban-rural income gap. And add some other factors, such as education level, the urbanization rate of secondary research, and then set the theoretical model between the groups of data, after the model set to descriptive statistical analysis of data, using ADF unit root test to determine whether to time series data, finally, the regression analysis of these data. Come to the conclusion that the two inventories are related, the relationship between but narrow trends at the end. This may be in the process of reform and opening up according to the characteristics of the province of henan province to guide more foreign capital flowing into the first and the third industry, also may be improving continuously the henan province education and urbanization rate rising quickly, so as to improve the present situation of the income gap between urban and rural areas is not equal.

1.1选题背景及意义
