摘要浙江省产业结构长期处于以纺织业、服装及制造业、相对低端的通讯设备为主的状况，产业结构调整缓慢，产业布局不平衡，经济发展受到严重的阻碍。浙江下一步发展的关键就是有效掌握产业结构演变趋势，主动地促进产业结构的优化升级和产业布局的合理调整。47773
从60年代起,为了恢复发展本国经济,韩国结合本国不同阶段的国情，抓住机遇,不断调整产业政策,使其从落后的农业国迅速发展到以高新技术为主导的发达国家。韩国产业政策调整过程中的经验和教训对浙江今后的发展有很大借鉴意义,本文试就此进行分析论述。
本文首先分析浙江产业布局的国内外研究背景以及其研究目的和意义；接着比较浙、韩产业布局相关的自然和社会因素，解释本文选择韩国为参照国与浙江进行产业布局调整比较研究的原因。然后着重分析二战后韩国产业政策调整的过程，从中总结出韩国产业布局的经验和教训。分析浙江产业布局存在的问题，吸收借鉴韩国产业布局中的经验和教训，得出对今后浙江产业布局调整和产业结构升级的启迪。
Abstract：The industrial structure of Zhejiang province has based in the textile, apparel and manufacturing, relatively low-end communications equipment for a long period, slow adjustment of industrial structure, industrial layout unbalance, economic development has been severely hampered .How to make the best grasp of the industrial structure evolution trend,initiative to promote industrial restructuring and upgrading of the industrial structure is the key to the next stage of development in Zhejiang.
From the 1960s,in order to restore the country's economic development, South Korea combined with the different stages of their national conditions, seized the opportunity to adjust the industrial policy constantly, it quickly evolved from a backward agricultural country to a high-tech as the leading developed country. The experiences and lessons learned during the adjustment process of South Korea industrial policy that has a great significance to the future development of Zhejiang this article tries to analyze his discussion.
This article analyzes the domestic and foreign research background of Zhejiang industrial layout and its purpose and significance;Then compare natural and social factors related to the industrial layout of Korean and Zhejiang，explain the reason why this paper chooses Korea as the reference country to compare with Zhejiang about the industrial layout adjustment.Then analyzes the process of Korean Industrial policy adjustment after World War II,sum up the experiences and lessons learned from Korea industrial layout.Analyze industrial layout problems of Zhejiang,drawing on the experiences and lessons of Korean industrial layout ,drawn inspiration on Zhejiang industrial restructuring and upgrading of industrial structure in the future.
