摘要目前,经济全球化已成为世界经济发展的主要潮流，随着中国对外开放的深入和中国企业在开放环境下逐渐锻炼成长，面对经济全球化和国际国内市场竞争日趋激烈的发展大趋势，浙江企业逐渐放眼全球，走跨国经营的道路。但是浙江企业在进行跨国经营过程中难免会遇到一些问题，本文基于浙江企业跨国经营的现状及浙江企业发展的特点，分析浙江企业在跨国经营方面的优势和劣势，并提出相应的发展战略。 49346
