摘要：整个世界发展到现在，之前是以环境换发展，导致全球环境状况不断恶化。而现在整个国际社会都一同意识到了环境问题的严重性。兼之各国不断冒头的贸易保护主义，这时绿色贸易保护壁垒应运而生。绿色贸易壁垒作为一种非关税壁垒，它在形式上合情合理且在实际贸易往来中难以突破，因此被发达国家广为利用。目前，我国许多产品正深受绿色贸易壁垒的影响，尤其是在纺织产业方面。所以说，从绿色贸易壁垒产生的背景开始分析，找出其得以发展和兴起的原因，为其确立一个相对准确的定义，了解其表现形式以及预测一下其未来的发展趋势都对分析绿色贸易壁垒对中国对外贸易的影响具有重要的理论和现实意义。
论文共分为六个部分：第一部分介绍了论题的研究目的与意义，以及对国内外该领域的相关研究进行了一个文献综述以及本文的研究内容与方法；第二部分从绿色贸易壁垒产生的背景与原因出发，对绿色贸易壁垒的概念进行了界定，描述了绿色贸易壁垒的表现形式；第三部分分析了我国在国际贸易中遭遇绿色贸易壁垒的内外部原因，并从纺织行业入手，对绿色贸易壁垒的效应进行了实证分析；第四部分具体分别了绿色贸易壁垒对我国纺织品出口的影响；第五部分从全球眼光出发，提出了我国应对绿色贸易壁垒的策略与措施建议，并对当前绿色贸易壁垒的发展趋势进行了研究；第六部分是结论。49712

As a kind of non tariff barrier, green trade barrier is a kind of reasonable and difficult to break through in the actual trade, so it is widely used in the developed countries. At present, many of our products are affected by green trade barriers, especially in the agricultural industry, textile industry, small household electrical appliances industry etc.. Therefore, generated from the green trade barriers began to analyze the find it development and the rise of the reasons, to establish a relatively accurate definition, understand the forms and prediction about the future trend of the development of analysis the influence of the green trade barriers on China's foreign trade has important theoretical and practical significance.
This paper is pided into six parts: the first part introduces the research purpose and significance of the topic, as well as the relevant research in this field at home and abroad, a literature review and research content and methods of this paper. The second part, from the background and reasons of green trade barriers, defines the concept of green trade barriers, and describes the form of green trade barriers. The third part analyzed our country in international trade suffered internal and external reasons of green barriers, and cited the example of green trade barriers on the influence of some specific export industry, the effect of green barriers of empirical analysis. The fourth part studies the development trend of the current green barriers from the global perspective, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for China to deal with the green trade barriers. The last part is the conclusion.
