摘要从上世纪的八十年代起，我国的票据市场逐渐形成规模，经历了二十多年的探索与发展，走过了萌芽时期、制度规范化时期、飞速发展时期，一直到现在正式进入制度发展完善时期。但是由于历史、文化、制度等诸多原因，与大多数发达国家的票据市场制度和管理相比，我国的票据市场的制度和管理依然有不小的差距，具体体现在市场主体、交易工具、交易价格以及政府监管等方面有很多制约因素，所以我国的票据市场制度现在仍然处于一个制度完善的初期阶段。为了研究我国票据市场为何与发达国家票据市场有如此之大的差距，以及着眼于我国票据市场未来的发展方向，本文的第一部分从发达国家的票据市场的特征入手，对其进行浅显粗略的研究与分析，初步总结出其票据市场特有的发展经验。文章的第二部分，则是在中国票据市场的发展经历和现有状况及问题等一系列相关信息的了解的基础上，进一步和西方发达国家的票据市场进行比较，发现发达国家的凭票收据制度的成熟之处，同时发现我国票据市场的需要改进的地方。文章的最后一部分，是借鉴发达国家成熟的票据市场的发展所获得的经验与方法，总结出适合我们国家的票据市场的发展建议与展望。81185

The second part is on the understanding of the development experience of the bill market in China and the existing condition and problems of a series of related information based on, further and bill market of western developed countries were compared and found in developed countries ticket receipt system of mature place, and found that the bill market in our country is in need of improvement. The last part of the article is to draw lessons from the experience and methods of the developed countries in the development of the maturity of the negotiable instrument market, and sum up some suggestions and prospects for the development of the bill market in our country.
