摘要：中小企业在我国国民经济中起着关键的作用，其具有总数庞大、就业人口众多、总产值高、有利于国家税收收入的增加等特点。然而，中小企业由于自身条件限制存在融资难题。如何破解中小企业融资困境，是我国金融体系面临的重要课题。本文借鉴和总结了供应链金融理论和实践经验，阐述了我国中小企业的地位与融资现状，根据供应链金融的有关特点，对供应链金融如何缓解中小企业融资难进行了理论分析和案例研究，最后对银行、核心企业以及中小企业三方如何协调发展供应链金融以缓解中小企业融资难问题提出了实施建议。51756

Supply Chain Finance and Small Medium-sized Enterprise Financing
ABSTRACT：Small and medium-sized enterprises in our country plays an important role in the national economic system, but with the small and medium-sized enterprises in the national economy's important role ,on the contrary, small and medium-sized enterprises get the support of the financial aspects of especially bank loans is very weak, small and medium-sized enterprises loan overall satisfaction is low. How to solve the problem of small and medium-sized enterprise financing difficulties is an important task to the financial system in our country. In this paper, I introduced and summarized the general theory and practical experience of supply chain finance, describes the definition, types and classification;According to the relevant features of supply chain finance, we analyzed the solution of financing difficulty of chinese small and medium-sized enterprises .
