摘要十八大报告中提出“强农、惠农、富农”的政策，要进一步促进农村的发展、农业的增效、农民的增收。然而，在我国金融体系中，农村金融服务体系是最为薄弱的。随着新农村建设的发展，虽然农村的金融服务机构越来越多，但是与城市相比，产品始终较为单一，已经越来越不能满足三农的需求。农村金融市场存在的供给约束、制度缺陷和环境制约等也对我国农村金融服务体系的进一步发展产生了巨大的影响。宜兴是我国著名的鱼米之乡，本文结合当地金融服务体系的结构及当地中小型企业发展所面临的问题等提出对策以完善当地农村金融服务体系，从而推动当地农村经济协调快速发展。51878

Thinking Sound of Chinese Rural Financial Service System
Abstract
The 18th National Party Congress presented "strong farmers, benefit farmers, rich peasants" in the report, to further promote the development of rural, agricultural efficiency and farmers' income. However, the rural financial service system is the weakest place of China's finance. With the development of the new rural construction, although there are more and more financial services in rural areas, but compared with the city, the product has always been more single, it has become increasingly unable to meet the needs of rural people. Rural Financial Market's supply constraints, environmental constraints, institutional defects and so on also have had a huge impact to the further development of China's rural financial service system. Yixing is a famous land of plenty, this paper combined with the structure of the local financial services system and the problem we are facing in the development of local small and medium enterprises, propose counterm easures to perfect local rural financial service system, so as to promote the local rural economics’ coordinate and rapid development.
