摘要：扬州市在近年来主持各相关部门把重心放在服务农民提高收入以及提高农业的作业效率上，提升农机化发展速度，农机入库管理方面也得到了加强，扬州市农业机械化的良性发展趋势得以保持下去。但是在发展的同时扬州市的农机化发展还是存在着科技创新能力不足、农机服务组织化水平较低和政府财政投入不足等问题。针对存在的这些问题，扬州市势必要采取一些措施来解决问题，在查阅大量文献的基础上，本文就扬州市农机化发展现状、发展中的存在的制约因素以及推进扬州农机化发展的战略思考进行系统探讨，并且提出了一些意见以促进扬州市的农机化发展。53450

1 前言
