我国民营企业华为海外投资的阻碍因素及应对措施

摘要:为了加强各国国际间经济的交流和联系，海外投资方式已经日益成为我国民营企业“走出去”的主要途径。我国的民营企业积极地开展海外投资活动,但是在海外投资过程中，很多民营企业的发展受到种种因素的阻碍。本文在综述我国民营企业海外投资的现状的基础之上，采用收集数据和实证研究等方式，分析阻碍我国民营企业海外发展的包括中国威胁论加强政治风险，融资困难且风险大，缺乏核心竞争力，品牌创建困难和公关部门能力不足的五个主要主要因素，结合我国民营企业的代表性企业---华为公司的情况，为我国民营企业海外投资提出积极有效的应对措施，如建立风险评估中心，寻找东道国的合作伙伴，提高技术创新能力，保证产品质量，与公关公司合作进行宣传等方式，期望能对我国民营企业海外投资的发展提供借鉴和参考。56120

Abstract: In order to strengthen the International economic exchanges and contracts, overseas investment has increasingly become the main way. Our country’s private enterprises actively carry out overseas investment, but with the development of overseas investment, a lot of private enterprises cann’t develop smoothly. Based on the review of China’s private enterprises’ situation, using date collecting, empirical studies and so on, analysis the five main factors which hinder the development of our country’s private enterprises, including China threat to strengthen political risk, the financing difficulties and risks, the lack of core competitiveness, brand creation difficulty and the insufficient capacity of public department. And combining above with the situation of the most representative company---huawei, I try to find out the effective measures to avoid these troubles.such as establishing risk assessment center, looking the host country for partners, improving the technical innovation ability, ensuring the quality of products, cooperating with the public relations firm and so on. I hope that I will provide refence to the development of private enterprises and these advices will be useful.
