摘 要：随着时代的进步和经济的高速发展，江阴在金融危机、债务危机以及社会危机的重重冲击下，仍然坚持着对外发展。以三房巷、海澜、阳光等领头的大型工业企业的发展都对江阴经济的快速发展做出了巨大贡献。本文是从江阴市典型的工业企业的对内对外发展现状出发，分析它们的进出口状况、境外项目投资和外商对内投资等问题，最后提出江阴企业要走上国际化道路必须完善外贸出口结构、运用境外资源增强企业实力、政府协助企业提升国际竞争力等对策。56660

Abstract: With the rapid development of economy of China, Jiang yin has been searching for external opportunities constantly although it encounters certain impacts, like financial crisis, debt crisis, social crisis and stuff like that. These large enterprises, such as Sanfangxiang, Hanlan, Yangguang and so on, make big contributions to Jiang yin’s rapid developments of economy. This paper focus on these existed problems of internal and external developments of these typical enterprises in Jiang yin, than analyses the problems of their import and export situation, overseas project investment and foreign inward investment, finally, these enterprises to be on a path to internationalization must improve the structure of foreign trade export, use foreign resources to enhance the strength of enterprises and the government to help enterprises enhance the international competitiveness.

1 引言
进入到21世纪以来，随着全球化的脚步不断加强，中国企业蓬勃发展，在促进经济增长，增加就业和国际贸易方面等都作出了很大的贡献。企业由中国国内发展转变到国际化经营已经变成了一种必不可挡的趋势，从产品到服务，从国内销售到国外输出，企业对外直接或间接投资和外商对内直接或间接投资，充分利用国内外两种资源和两个市场实现企业的国际化经营，已是企业走向成熟的一大标志。而江阴企业的国际化发展道路却总是有着重重阻碍，生产技术的落后、出口结构的失调和融资资金的问题都成了当前江阴企业国际化发展的瓶颈，在江阴企业学习如何能更好地“引进来”与“走出去”的前提下，进一步深入探讨江阴企业国际化发展的制约因素，找出实现江阴企业快速发展的策略，使其国际化道路能更加平坦。 浅析江阴企业的国际化发展:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_61201.html
