摘 要：改革开放后引入的大量外资与我国充足劳动力的完美结合，使得我国经济多年保持两位数的高位增长，而技术进步的水平不断提高对我国经济发展也作出了重要贡献。为了研究科技对江苏经济增长的贡献度，本文主要运用索落余值法对江苏经济增长中的各要素进行测算。结论分析表明在江苏经济增长中，资本投入占主导作用，劳动力投入作用微弱，而科技投入的贡献度有待发展，其整体属于粗放型增长方式。为了改变这种现状，江苏省应大力调整经济结构，鼓励发展科技，并提高科技投入在整体的比重，这也进一步为江苏省未来经济发展提供了可参考的方向。56745

Abstract：The perfect combination of a large amount of foreign capital after the reform and open policy introduced and our adequate labor force, make the economy of our country for many years to maintain two - digit growth, and constantly improve the level of technical progress on China's economic development has made important contributions. In order to study science and technology contribute to the economic growth of Jiangsu, this paper mainly use the residual method to calculate the cable down the elements of economic growth in Jiangsu. Conclusion analysis shows that economic growth in Jiangsu, the capital investment for the leading role, the role of weak labor input, and input in science and technology's contribution to development, its overall belongs to the extensive growth mode. In order to change this situation, Jiangsu province should adjust the structure of economy, encourage the development of science and technology, and improve the overall proportion. It also provides a reference direction further for the future economic development of Jiangsu province.

1 引言
改革开放以来，我国引入大量的外资，并提供了丰富的资源和劳动力与之配合，使得我国经济一直保持着高姿态的发展势头。尤其是近20年以来，我国GDP不断以新的数据刷新历史记录。据统计得知， 2013年我国国民生产总值达到568845亿元 ，超越了日本等国家，位居世界第二[3]。但是我国经济走的是一条投入大、产出少、效益低的发展道路，而这种经济模式恰恰符合粗放型经济模式的特征。与此同时，江苏也正以这样的模式致力于经济发展。2013年以来，江苏省国民生产总值达到59162亿元，全省人均生产总值74607元 ，位居全国前列水平。虽然以这样的结果可以看出，在改革开放30年以来，这种方式推动了经济高速发展。但也使得地区环境遭到破坏，资源减少，经济增长速度逐步减缓。为了扭转这一趋势，江苏省必须大力发展集约式经济增长模式，解决粗放型经济模式的困局，开发自我创新能力，加强核心竞争力。而在转变这种模式中，科技更是一个不可忽视的力量。为了解决并更好地引导经济发展，国内众多学者和专家都开始纷纷加入研究，有关于科技进步在经济增长过程中扮演着怎样的角色问题。 索落余值法科技对江苏经济增长的贡献度研究:http://www.751com.cn/jingji/lunwen_61320.html
